All Main Character Brand Co. items are made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you still need help.
